February 18, 2010 - The "Watercolor World" reception held Feb. 6 at the Fallbrook Art Center was wonderful, and the show beautiful. The quality and national recognition the watercolor event is getting should be such a source of pride for our community. Both the show and Fallbrook got high compliments from artist, teacher and jurist Frank Webb.

February 2009 marked a turning point in Fallbrook, at the Metamorphosis luncheon Marlene Rantanen and Vince Ross explained to civic and community leaders that the Fallbrook Village Association has undergone a ‘metamorphosis’, as a natural process of growth and maturation, born of its own success, transforming from one organization into two. The newly formed entity Fallbrook Arts, Inc. will focus exclusively on the Arts and their critical role in the economic vitality of Fallbrook.
