History

Fallbrook Center For The Arts Group HistoryFallbrook Arts, Inc. began as an idea within the Fallbrook Village Association. Approximately 5 years ago, the recognition of art and art education as the means to revitalization for Fallbrook was reported in the comprehensive study by the nationally known firm Destination Development. The statement “Art should become a priority” validated the direction we were moving and gave us courage and energy to move forward with the development of the unique arts entities we have. We felt we accomplished some of our objectives when Fallbrook was included in the book “Art Towns of California” by John Villani published in 2008.

Fallbrook Arts, Inc. became a separate, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization in late 2008 and now manages and supports the Fallbrook Art Center, the Fallbrook School of the Arts, Fallbrook Art in Public Places, Fallbrook Arts Alliance, and the Fallbrook Brandon Gallery.
